Grey Matters Defense Solutions is seeking a talented and dedicated Strategic Partnership, Division Chief
 

About the job:

Administrative Oversight 

  • Supervise and oversee administrative issues and tasks for team members.  
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the division by addressing logistical challenges and streamlining processes. 

Recruitment Assistance 

  • Assist in the recruitment process by participating in candidate interviews. 
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to identify suitable candidates for open positions. 

Mentorship and Training 

  • Identify team members capable of mentoring and training new hires. 
  • Foster a culture of learning and growth within the division. 

Performance Evaluation 

  • Offer valuable input on setting divisional goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to annual performance reviews by providing insights into team members' performance and development needs. 

About you:

  • At least 5+ years management experience in the defense industry. 
  • Previous experience managing software development and analyst teams. 
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
    • Ability to be the main point of contact to the prime contractor.
    • Ability to foster strong relationships with the prime contractor and identify additional opportunities.
  • Previous experience managing project budgets, staffing and recruiting.
  • Experience tracking project deliverables, meeting project deadlines and milestones.
  • Leadership and management capabilities to support a growing team of developers. 
  • TS/SCI required. 

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000
