Grey Matters Defense Solutions is seeking a talented and dedicated Senior PROFORMA SIGINT Analyst to support the engineering analysis of foreign weapon systems, C4ISR systems, and future technology. Work is performed at our Denver area location, ideal additions to this team will be broadly experienced across a variety of Tech-SIGINT data types and intelligence disciplines and are highly motivated problem-solvers.
About the job:
The Senior Proforma Analyst position performs analysis of specified and targeted signals of opportunity. Analysis includes documenting various parameters and selecting various portions of the signal to support software developmental activities supporting additional signal discovery efforts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform technical analysis of specific items of interest about the signal
- Perform annotation of specific signal activity
- Coordinate with primary office of responsibility for opportunistic acquisition opportunities
- Coordinates with Data Scientists and Software Developers in the architectural design of specific databases and algorithm development activities
About you:
- Have at least 15 years of experience in the Proforma technical field with an emphasis on signals analysis and software/hardware integration efforts of new and evolving systems
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the signal discovery
- Thorough knowledge of specialized software applications required to perform in-depth analysis of Proforma signals of interest
- Able to utilize specialized software applications to break apart various signals of interest and identify potential capabilities and level of technology
- Must have experience in the collection, analysis, exploitation, and dissemination processes of a global mission
- Possess a thorough understanding of the SIGINT architecture
- Exhibit operational knowledge across a broad spectrum of platforms to include RIVET JOINT, COBRA BALL, and COMBAT SENT
Preferred Skills:
Broad community knowledge of sensors and disciplines and the ability to leverage and communicate this signals analysis experience to teammates and customers.
Experience with tools such as CHAUEE, M2EXTRA, SIGHUB, VINTAGE HARVEST, PERSEUS, CTF, SEDB.
Understanding of Sensor to Shooter processes, timelines and the overall Find, Fix, Track, Target, Engage, Assess (F2T2EA) process
Experience in processing and visualizing data and an understanding of the processes and procedures necessary to automation F2T2EA functions
Knowledge of customer workflows, data, and processing tools to perform limited analytics and tools integration
Understanding of Agile development practices and procedures
Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000 + additional 25% SEP
